You may browse and enjoy the content here for personal, non-commercial use. All photos, videos, designs, and text remain the property of Salty Katz Sharky and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

Digital products

• Digital sets and wallpapers are licensed for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or use them commercially.
• Because downloads are delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once the file has been accessed, except where required by law.

Physical products

• Orders ship worldwide, typically within 5–10 business days.
• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll make it right.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you agree to Stripe's terms as well as ours.

Bookings & appearances

Booking enquiries made through the contact form are not confirmed until agreed in writing. Specific terms (fees, travel, scope) are arranged per engagement.

Liability

The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the site.

Governing law
